Tasks

  • Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Engage with high-importance stakeholders on the customer side such as CTOs, IT Heads, IT Security professionals, and developers
  • Understand which solution best addresses customer’s needs and business requirements by identifying and evaluating value-add alternatives for customers
  • Provide solutions to meet client requirements and be able to adapt to new requirements
  • Drive technical aspects of proposals, create and confidently deliver presentations, and other customer communications
  • Deliver training on solutions to internal stakeholders and foster the sales' team technical knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of (tech) sales experience
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to an external business and technical audience
  • Knowledge of the basics of cloud and network infrastructure, software design, SaaS, and internet protocols
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel
