Tasks

  • Constantly optimize and improve our SF processes: build and maintain custom objects / fields, validation rules, layouts, reporting and dashboards, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, chatter groups, lightning flows, email templates to optimize business processes
  • Act as a SF Administrator and innovator: user creation, management enablement and support, tool maintenance, data quality & integrity and ensuring SF is well integrated with other tools, and is the single source of truth for all sales related data. At the same time, suggest and deploy innovative solutions to make processes more automated and flawless.
  • Manage our entire revenue toolstack: You employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions, integrations and efficient works flows for our customer facing teams.
  • Create best in class revenue operations processes: Monitor key OKRs and manage key areas of operational improvements in close alignment with the business development and sales team.
  • Continuous Enablement: be responsible for the onboarding and training of new managers and employees in our revenue operations teams and create a step-by-step playbook for all our revenue operations processes
  • Provide additional support depending on ad hoc projects to improve sales processes - implement new tools, enablement sessions, etc.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations in fast-growing tech company and you are familiar with the SaaS technology landscape
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and experience in maintaining system integrations to promote best practices
  • You have the ability to conceptualize business processes, point out pain points, and suggest improvements to the systems that support those processes
  • Passion for numbers and analytics and strong quantitative capabilities
  • You are proactive, independent and you have a high attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • You possess great communication skills and you can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
