Tasks

In this role, you will pre-qualify inbound/marketing generated leads, discuss opportunities with clients over the phone, and work closely together with the senior sales staff across the EMEA region.

  • Lead generation: qualifying cold/warm inbound leads and following up on warm leads
  • Make outbound calls to win new B2B customers
  • Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in CRM
  • Set up and agree meetings and demonstrations for senior sales staff
  • Work towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • With time also negotiate and close deals

Requirements

  • Ideally university degree in Business or an equivalent education
  • Some first experience in direct sales B2B is of advantage
  • Ideally some experience within telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation or telemarketing
  • Excellent relationship building skills via phone
  • Ideally good knowledge and interest in software and/ or social media marketing
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and Business English
