Tasks
- Maintain the company's computer systems and network.
- Assist users with technical queries/problems, new equipment and software.
- Maintaining IT equipment, including computer, laptops, printers and projectors.
- Keeping an up-to-date IT inventory of all our office equipment.
- Managing our current user management system (Okta).
- Ensure the renewall/current agreements in our software licenses usage.
This is a permanent on-site position in Munich, Germany. We work remotely for the duration of the Coronavirus crisis but will return to the office once the situation becomes manageable.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- Okta and VPN configuration knowledge
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
- Windows and Linux knowledge
- Networking (LAN/WAN)
- Sense of responsibility
- Very precise and structured working approach
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Fluent in Business English
Nice to have:
- Scripting language knowledge like bash or python
