Tasks

  • Maintain the company's computer systems and network.
  • Assist users with technical queries/problems, new equipment and software.
  • Maintaining IT equipment, including computer, laptops, printers and projectors.
  • Keeping an up-to-date IT inventory of all our office equipment.
  • Managing our current user management system (Okta).
  • Ensure the renewall/current agreements in our software licenses usage.

This is a permanent on-site position in Munich, Germany. We work remotely for the duration of the Coronavirus crisis but will return to the office once the situation becomes manageable.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IT Support role
  • Okta and VPN configuration knowledge
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
  • Windows and Linux knowledge
  • Networking (LAN/WAN)
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Very precise and structured working approach
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Fluent in Business English

Nice to have:

  • Scripting language knowledge like bash or python
