As a Customer Adoption Intern at e-bot7, you will be directly responsible for the successful onboarding and rollout of new customer projects. Therefore, you will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Tech teams. Plus, you will have the opportunity to shape our division and introduce new ideas. You will support us in continuously improving our customer adoption processes by defining and implementing creative tools and solutions to increase the efficiency and scalability of customer adoption.

Tasks

  • Support in building and shaping our customer adoption division from the ground up
  • Balance conceptual and hands-on work as you support to build-up a scalable customer adoption division
  • Collaborate with our other teams in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Create engaging content such as case studies, best practices, playbooks and tutorials to support customer adoption
  • Support in managing and steering the onboarding and rollout of new customer projects
  • Analyze metrics regarding customer adoption and satisfaction to ensure a successful customer onboarding and product adoption

Requirements

  • (Currently enrolled in a) Master´s degree in Business or related field
  • Available for 3-6 months starting January or February 2021
  • Excellent in both German and Business English
  • Empathetic, open-minded and creative
  • Absolute hands-on mentality
  • Analytical and strong communication skill
  • Experience in customer success, ideally in the SaaS space is a plus
  • Are a self-starter with hands-on mentality, feel comfortable with multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment
