About the opportunity

As Team Lead Business Development International Markets you are a fundamental part of our growth strategy. With expertise, motivation and above all fun, you promote the further development of your team and the constant achievement of team goals! Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a very diverse, young and motivated team of BDRs across all our regions and shape our division as well as introduce new ideas.

Your mission at e-bot7

  • Provide on-boarding and on-the-job coaching to new and existing Business Development Representatives
  • Establish KPI metrics to measure the effectiveness of BDRs’ lead generation and qualification efforts
  • Motivate and provide assistance to the BDR team to achieve collective and individual goals and help BDRs improve by understanding their performance on a regular basis
  • Interact with prospects via cold calls, emails and platforms such as LinkedIn to develop interest in e- bot7’s offerings
  • Effectively communicate e - bot7’s value proposition and offerings to C-level Executives, and Corporate Directors/VPs
  • Partner with assigned Account Executives to develop go-to-market strategy in your territory

What you need to be successful

  • You have 2+ years of experience in the field of B2B technology sales, Business Development or Lead Generation, in a competitive and results-oriented environment
  • You have gathered experience in a lead role and you know how to successfully scale, onboard and coach a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • You are proficient with sales technology tools including CRMs (Salesforce experience is strongly preferred), sales engagement platforms and Microsoft Office
  • You are a brilliant communicator and you enjoy to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • You are not afraid of taking responsibility and conquer a new market
  • You are always looking for challenges and know how to master these with a team
  • You are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
